Chaparral LNBFs are chosen worldwide for their high performance and reliability. Each LNBF is designed to provide the exact gain needed for a specific satellite system. All LNBFs feature low noise figures, low phase noise, and excellent Cros Pol Isolation. Each LNBF features a weather resistant enclosure to keep out the worst of the elements.
About An LNBF
An LNBF is a low noise block-downconverter (LNB) combined with a feedhorn (sometimes called a feed), which collects the signal and then sends it to the LNB. Some varieties of LNBFs (LNBs) include Ku-band LNBFs, C-Band LNBFs, Universal LNBFs, Twin LNBFs, and Quad LNBFs.
The MicroPak© 3G is the newest addition to Chaparral’s popular MicroPak family. It is designed for reception of signals in the extended C-Band signal range 3.4 – 4.2 GHz. These field proven units feature electronic voltage switching.

Reliable LNBFs: Quality Matters
LNBFs can be affected by temperature changes. It is possible for an LNBF to actually freeze at very low temperatures. Also, high heat can cause LNBF failure. Chaparral LNBFs are world renowned for reliability in extreme conditions and are designed for reliable long lasting use. Chaparral spends a great deal of money on R &D insuring that our LNBFs are tested and engineered in the laboratory to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
